Job Summary
Accurately pull, verify, and prepare fabric sample orders based on customer requests while inspecting materials for defects. Label, package, and ship orders using handheld scanners, then maintain inventory accuracy by returning items to correct storage locations. Collaborate with Inventory, Shipping, and Production teams to meet daily productivity and quality expectations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and maintain a clean, safe work area. This role supports STARK's mission of providing luxurious custom carpet and rugs to design professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to accurately read work orders and identify fabric styles, colors, and patterns
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
Desired Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, order pulling, inventory, or material handling experience
- Experience working with fabrics, textiles, or flooring products
- Basic computer and scanner experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- High school diploma or GED
