Scaffolder/Scaffold Labourer

Job Summary
Loading and unloading trucks, ensuring equipment matches gear lists, and securing loads. Transporting, interpreting building plans, installing and dismantling site safety products such as temporary stairs, rail, and void protections. Submitting reports, truck maintenance records, and work method statements as required. Opportunity for career progression toward leading hands and crew management. Requires experience with scaffolding, a basic scaffold licence (advantageous), and a valid driver’s licence; residential construction experience and ability to work Monday through Friday (40–50 hours/week). Safety-conscious team member capable of coordinating a small crew and following site procedures; uniform and PPE provided, with overtime opportunities and a bonus scheme.
Required Qualifications

- Experience working with Scaffold (Essential)
- Experience in residential construction
