Scaffold/Insulation Foreman

Coordinate with customers, inspectors, and crew members to lead industrial insulation projects, ensuring they complete on time, on budget, and up to quality standards. Maintain proper safety gear and procedures at all times, oversee material needs and scheduling, and perform insulation installation, repairs, and preventive maintenance using field coating inspection equipment. Manage crew efficiency by verifying on-site equipment and materials, complete timecards and daily reports, and identify challenges quickly to keep operations running smoothly. Requires bilingual skills (English and Spanish), OSHA 30 training is a plus, and willingness to travel 7 days a week if 59+ miles from home.
