Job Summary
Supervise the construction, assembly, maintenance, and dismantling of tubular scaffolding and temporary structures. Determine scaffold types, instruct installation procedures, and oversee transport and erection of materials. Hoist scaffolding upward, secure and level locking sections, and anchor structures to permanent foundations for stability. Adhere to OSHA, site-specific, and Austin Industrial requirements for erecting and navigating scaffolding. Supervise dismantling upon communication, inspect and stow materials post-dismantling, and perform final inspections. Requires NCCER Scaffold certification, valid driver's license, TWIC card, and four years of Journeyman-level experience. Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship not available.

- TWIC Card
- 4 years of Journeyman-level experience
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and use hands and fingers to perform assigned duties
- Must be able to work at elevations
- Must be able to work on uneven surfaces
- Must be able to work in confined spaces
- Must possess sufficient visual, hearing, communication, and motor skills to safely perform job responsibilities
- Must be able to read, comprehend, and follow safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies
- Must exercise sound judgment
- Must solve problems
- Must maintain attention to detail
- Must effectively manage stress
- Must adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
