Job Summary
As a Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenter at Sunbelt Rentals, you will design and erect various types of scaffolds and mentor Scaffold E&D Carpenters in their development. You must manage a small crew to erect and dismantle scaffolding under supervision and have a solid understanding of OSHA regulations and scaffold materials. A minimum of 2 years of carpentry experience or an equivalent is required. You will engage in physical activities such as bending, lifting, and working at heights.
Required Qualifications
- Some trade school preferred but not required
- Scaffold E&D Carpenter for a minimum of 2 years or approved equivalent experience
- Ability to work comfortably and safely at considerable heights
- Good knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations regarding scaffolding
- Good knowledge and understanding of the various types of scaffolding material
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual a plus
- Experience with scaffolding materials
