Scaffold Builder

Job Summary
Carry, install, and erect suspended and supported scaffolding systems on customer job sites. Load and unload trucks and materials within warehouse and field environments, and assist with hoist assembly, platform setup, and dismantling operations. Handle electrical cords, wire ropes, and rigging components safely while performing deliveries and working closely with crews to safely erect and dismantle multiple scaffold systems. Complete daily job site paperwork, maintain a clean work environment, and follow OSHA standards and all company safety procedures. This full-time hourly position requires a safety-sensitive candidate with at least two years of scaffolding experience, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years of experience building various types of scaffolding systems
- Good working knowledge of OSHA scaffolding regulations and safety practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in fast-paced field environments
- Must not be afraid of heights
- Ability to carry two 50 lb. weights simultaneously
- Comfortable performing physical labor requiring frequent climbing of ladders and stairs
- Ability to work safely at elevated heights throughout the workday
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and job site conditions
- Full-time hourly non-exempt position
- Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (hours may vary based on workload)
- Pre-employment drug screening required
- Background check required
- Physical examination required
- MVR check required
- This is a Safety Sensitive position
Desired Qualifications
- Extensive experience erecting swing stage and supported scaffolds preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
