Job Summary
Leadman scaffold supervisor responsible for supervising the construction, assembly, maintenance, and dismantling of tubular scaffolding or other temporary structures on industrial sites. Duties include determining scaffold type, instructing on installation, hoisting materials, securing and leveling scaffold components, ensuring OSHA/site requirements are followed, inspecting dismantled scaffolds, and performing final inspections. Requires OSHA/compliance awareness, ability to work at heights, and 4+ years of journeyman experience with NCCER scaffold credentials, a valid driver’s license, and TWIC card. On-site role with no visa sponsorship.
