Job Summary
Construct, assemble, maintain, and dismantle tubular scaffolding or temporary structures by determining scaffold types, inspecting job sites and materials for defects, and communicating safety hazards prior to construction. Transport and hoist structural materials to erect scaffolding to required dimensions, properly secure and level locking sections, and anchor the structure to permanent supports. Adhere to OSHA, site-specific, and company requirements for erecting and navigating scaffolding, perform final inspections, and dismantle structures upon communication to do so while inspecting and stowing materials afterward. Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience within the Scaffolding craft.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience within the Scaffolding craft
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States
- Must be able to work at heights with no fear
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must have close vision
- Must have distance vision
- Must have peripheral vision
- Must have depth perception
- Must have the ability to adjust focus
