Job Summary
SCADA Engineer responsible for developing and integrating SCADA, controllers and HMI solutions for clients; design from conceptual to implementation for Transmission, Distribution and Renewables; assess cybersecurity requirements and align with Client’s cybersecurity policies; prepare panel layouts, schematics, and wiring diagrams; perform design work in accordance with the Canadian Electrical Code; program automation, HMI, PLC, IEDs, meters and RTU devices; conduct site visits and commissioning support; act as POR for IFC drawings and associated design packages as required; ensure familiarity with protection & control, power system designs, IT networking, and related standards; role supports hybrid working culture in Canada.
