SCADA Engineer- Hybrid (Andover, MA)

SCADA Engineer role with Enel Green Power North America focusing on maintenance and projects for SCADA systems across renewable generation and energy storage. Key duties include incident and change management coordination with the ICS Service Desk, troubleshooting, incident reporting, process documentation, KPI measurement, and participation in system upgrades and integration of new plants. Role requires collaboration with remote support teams, onboarding of new technologies (e.g., BESS), and ensuring compliance with Enel policies and regulatory standards (NERC CIP, NERC 693). Candidates should have experience with large-scale SCADA, automation/PLC in power utilities, and strong IT/industrial networking skills (Modbus, IEC104, DNP3, OPC, OSI PI, SFTP, SSH, Windows/Linux). Travel up to 20% and on-call responsibilities are part of the role. A B.S. or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Controls, or Computer Science (or equivalent) is expected; 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
