Job Summary
SCADA Controls Engineer to design, configure, and deploy Ignition SCADA systems for agricultural automation and irrigation. Responsibilities include Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting of automation, communications, and data quality issues; assisting commissioning, startup, bench testing, and field testing; collaborating on software architecture, QA, and new feature development; developing technical documentation, templates, and training materials; and participating in R&D initiatives. Requires 3–5 years of SCADA software configuration and deployment experience, strong Ignition SCADA and Python/SQL skills, knowledge of Modbus TCP/RTU, MQTT, OPC-UA, and Ethernet/IP, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Preferred experience includes pump automation, industrial networking, and remote SCADA deployments.
