Job Summary
SC Operations Specialist is a full-time role on 2nd shift responsible for running reports in WMS systems (e.g., Sunbeam, EXE/PKMS/WMS), supporting department leaders with workflow management, providing data-driven insights and recommendations, ensuring SOP/compliance, coordinating system changes, and collaborating with clerical, supervisory, and central administration teams. The role also involves communicating with customer service to expedite high-touch requests, offering backup support across warehouse areas, and applying strong math and data-communication skills to improve processes. Required skills include 1+ year of Excel experience and familiarity with WMS systems; certification in material handling equipment or willingness to learn is preferred, with additional proficiency in Power BI/MS Teams and Access being a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of basic Microsoft Excel
- 1+ years of basic knowledge (depending on location) of EXE/PKMS/WMS, Galaxy AS/400 system, Sunbeam, BRIO, Cubiscan dimension calculation equipment, AMS software for Cubiscan
- Certification in Material Handling equipment or willingness to learn
