Job Summary
Job Coach for SCHSC students to assist teachers in instructional programming, transport students to job sites, develop checklists and plans for accommodations, train students to meet employer standards, provide weekly feedback with rubrics, and support job-search strategies and interview preparation while ensuring compliance with district policies and ADA requirements; requires CDL and ParaPro/educational qualifications and adaptable to school-year schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Completion of CDL licensure within 4 months of hire date
- Meets Highly Qualified standards as defined by No Child Left Behind Act of 2001: Associate degree preferred, or High School diploma and 60 hours college credit from an accredited college or passing score on the ParaPro Assessment
- Experience in working with children
