Job Summary
Conduct property preservation services including lawn maintenance, boarding, lock changes, minor and major repairs, roof work, winterizations, and eviction support. Prepare bids and reports, perform inspections, and execute rehab projects as assigned. Provide specialized trades such as roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mold remediation, and pest control for foreclosed and rehab properties. Deliver quality, timely results with honesty and trust.
