SC HANDYMAN & LABORER NEEDED

Job Summary
Conduct property preservation tasks including lawn maintenance, boarding, lock changes, minor and major repairs, roof work, winterizations, and eviction services. Perform inspections, rehab work, and bid preparation as assigned. Provide specialized services for licensed professionals such as roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mold remediation, pest control, and septic work. Maintain your own vehicle, tools, computer, and smartphone while delivering quality, timely results for an honest day's work. Partner with natPROpres, a nationwide industry leader in property preservation, to support foreclosed and rehab properties.
Required Qualifications
- Must have your own vehicle
- Must have your own tools
- Must have your own computer
- Must have your own smartphone
- Must be a licensed roofer
- Must be a licensed home inspector
- Must be a licensed plumber
- Must be a licensed electrician
- Must be a licensed termite/pest control specialist
- Must be a licensed land surveyor
- Must be a licensed HVAC specialist
- Must be a pool cover install/repair specialist
- Must be a mold remediator
- Must be a septic specialist
- Must be a general contractor (if GC work is assigned)
- Must be a specialist, repair, and handyman
- Must be a painter
- Must be an eviction support provider
- Must be a drywall specialist
- Must be a roof repair specialist
- Must be a replacement & tarp specialist
- Must be a winterization specialist
- Must be able to prepare bids & reports
- Must be able to perform inspections
- Must be able to perform rehab (GC work if you have license)
- Must be able to perform lawn maintenance
- Must be able to perform boarding
- Must be able to perform lock changes & lock boxes
- Must be able to perform minor repairs
- Must be able to perform major repairs
- Must be able to perform eviction services
- Must be able to perform rehab
- Must be able to perform additional items as assigned
