Job Summary
Conduct property preservation services including lawn maintenance, boarding, lock changes, minor and major repairs, roof work, winterizations, and eviction support. Perform inspections, prepare bids and reports, and execute rehab projects. Provide specialized trade services such as painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pest control, mold remediation, and septic specialist work. Submit bids and reports as assigned. This nationwide industry leader in property preservation seeks reliable vendors and licensed contractors for foreclosed and rehab properties.
