Job Summary
Conduct property preservation services including lawn maintenance, boardings, lock changes, minor and major repairs, roof work, winterizations, and eviction support. Perform inspections, rehab work, and bid preparation as assigned. Provide specialized trades such as roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pest control, mold remediation, and septic services. Maintain your own vehicle, tools, computer, and smartphone. Submit bids and reports while adhering to quality and timeliness standards.
