SC Asset Protection Supervisor-Edwardsville, IL

SC Asset Protection Supervisor leads a diverse team of Lowe’s Security Specialists within a supply chain environment, partnering with operational leaders, 3PL providers, and Asset Protection Managers to review and improve policies, procedures, and processes for customer experience and profitability. The role oversees compliance, integrity, and effectiveness of the product quality audit program, evaluates internal controls and procedures to reduce financial risk, identifies organizational risks, and drives action with leadership. Responsibilities include training and mentoring associates, conducting data analysis to identify trends, delivering reporting and strategy deployment to increase profitability, and providing governance over network processes to support damage reduction and safety initiatives. The position requires coordinating with cross-functional partners, supporting system design during new builds, and participating in early phases of projects to mitigate risk and address issues.
