Job Summary
Monitor daily trade confirmations, reconcile contract documents, and manage accrual ageing for the SBS Commercial Service Line. Execute daily invoice booking for goods, transport, and claims while issuing payments and tracking unmatched balances. Reconcile third-party stock reports with front office data, handle insurance declarations, and verify mandatory documents for counterparty and bank account updates. Perform agent and broker due diligence per compliance requirements and extract data to report on operational risks. Maintain strict adherence to daily deadlines and process procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Business Management degree or equivalent
- Excel proficiency
- ability to adapt to new IT systems
- English fluent
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and to take initiatives
- Very good attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player
- Lean 6 Sigma
- Ability to extract, organize, analyze and report data in a manner that is useful and relevant to control business
