Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor for School Based Mental Health: lead and supervise school-based behavioral health staff; provide individual, family, and group therapy in-person and via telehealth; conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning; apply evidence-based approaches (CBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care); collaborate with schools, families, and community resources; ensure timely documentation in EPIC and HIPAA compliance; support quality improvement and promote best clinical practices.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Active Wisconsin licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Experience working with children and adolescents in behavioral health settings
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
