Job Summary
Lead supplier projects under the Supplier Account Manager to execute TCQC and commodity strategies, driving tactical resolutions for quality, cost, delivery, and lead-time issues. Provide procurement escalation support, manage capacity readiness programs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives including manufacturing automation and sub-tier management. Manage a homogeneous team while resolving technical, operational, and organizational problems to meet quality, volume, and timeliness objectives. Requires full-time status with 25% travel; no relocation eligible.
