Job Summary
Create patient-centered treatment plans, provide ongoing treatment, and manage case services while assessing clinical needs and progress. Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial diagnostic evaluations and engage in collaborative crisis management for urgent situations. Integrate behavioral health care with primary care through a team-oriented approach, working with school staff to deliver culturally aware, trauma-informed care to children and adolescents. This Full-Time role is split between Connery and Ford Elementary Schools in Lynn, MA. The position offers loan repayment/salary supplement funding, license renewal support, and continuing education opportunities. Candidates must be licensed or license eligible in Massachusetts (Psychology, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC) with a doctoral or master's degree.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed or license eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (Psychology, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC)
- Doctoral or master's degree, with commensurate practicum, internship, and post graduate work focused clinical mental health practice
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in participating in quality improvement activities and program development helpful
- Experience in treating patients from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds who experience a range of mental health challenges
- Experience consulting and/or collaborating with the various agencies that provide care and support in the community for children and families
