Job Summary
Promote the strategic plan through high standards of practice, develop policies, protocols, and practice guidelines, and participate in rigorous performance improvement monitoring for the school-based program. Drive ongoing staff education while participating in clinical and administrative decision-making guided by the IHI Quadruple Aim. Provide primary health care services to pediatric patients within this NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home and Tier 1 Medicaid Provider environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies (or equivalent)
- National Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Current Colorado medical license
- BLS
- Minimum two (2) years in a SBHC/alternative clinical practice setting preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years in a SBHC/alternative clinical practice setting preferred
- ACLS Certification preferred
