Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service, thoroughly clean and stock, process accurate payments, and prepare and serve quality food at the Blue Mountain Travel Plaza. Engage positively with travelers, operate the point-of-sale system, and ensure proper food handling procedures including temperature checks and product rotation. Complete kitchen tasks such as prepping, cooking, and packaging while maintaining brand standards and food safety requirements. Actively cross-sell products and execute assigned duties as needed. Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
