Job Summary
Lead shift operations by ensuring team members deliver exceptional customer service, follow brand standards, and adhere to food safety protocols. Manage team activities, assist in training new hires, and monitor compliance with cash handling policies while operating the point-of-sale system. Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures, execute kitchen tasks including prep and cooking, and maintain workstation sanitation. Actively cross-sell products, resolve customer complaints, and report observations to leadership. Requires cash handling and customer service experience; able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds. Available for flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- The ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
