Job Summary
SBA Underwriter with healthcare underwriting experience, including familiarity with healthcare deals such as assisted living centers. Reports to a credit manager and collaborates day-to-day with the sales healthcare manager. Remote-friendly position open to applicants anywhere in the US, with a preference for western states. Compensation ranges from $80K to $130K depending on experience. Deal sizes typically $5–$10 million for SBA loans and larger for conventional loans. Interview will be with Jim Harris initially.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in SBA underwriting
- Healthcare underwriting experience
- Familiarity with healthcare deals (e.g., assisted living centers)
- Ability to work remotely within the US
- Deal-size experience in SBA loans (5-10 million) or larger for conventional loans
