SBA Senior Closing Officer

SBA Senior Closing Officer responsible for all aspects of SBA lending processes and closing activities. Ensures compliance with Bank policies and state/federal regulations (GLBA, Regulation Z, Regulation DD, Regulation B, Dodd-Frank, USA PATRIOT Act, AML, and related privacy and lending laws). Primary duties include preparing SBA application documents and submissions, obtaining SBA authorizations, collecting and reviewing closing documents, instructing credit officers on additional information needs, preparing lender instructions, coordinating loan closings with escrow/title/loan administration, reviewing final loan packages for funding, supporting audits, and assisting with operational/division duties as well as staff training. Requires strong compliance, documentation, coordination, and customer service capabilities, with emphasis on integrity, ethics, and diversity in the workplace. Pay range is $71,200–$103,600 per year with potential bonus and benefits; equal opportunity employer.
