Job Summary
SBA Loan Servicing & Liquidation Specialist responsible for managing a portfolio of problem loans, including classified, non-performing, and distressed assets. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risk, maximize recoveries, and minimize losses while ensuring regulatory compliance. Collaborate with borrowers, legal counsel, senior management, and other stakeholders to negotiate resolutions, restructure loans, and oversee foreclosure or liquidation proceedings when necessary. Strong analytical skills and deep knowledge of SBA lending programs, with a focus on SBA Acquisition deals and proactive address of potential credit losses.
