SBA Loan Portfolio Manager

Job Summary
Prepare SBA loan packages for ABRIGO submission and underwrite new loans and renewals while researching CAM components for 7(a) Small and Large Loans. Assist SBA lenders at closings by coordinating with title companies, attorneys, and insurance agents, and make or assist with customer calls to develop new business relationships. Maintain monthly pricing sheets, review loan compliance and financial statements, and prepare quarterly reporting on split-risk loans. Meet applicants during initial discussions to determine documentation requirements and suggest new products based on client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Five years to eight years of similar or related experience
- A two-year college degree
- Completion of a specialized certification or licensing
- Completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors
- Job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program
- Commercial loan documentation skills including understanding of certain documents used in loan transactions
- Proficiency with the bank's loan processing software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others
- Must be able to travel to branches and other office buildings
