Job Summary
As SBA Relationship Manager at WSFS Bank, you will drive the sales lifecycle by generating leads and sourcing SBA loan opportunities, structure SBA loan proposals and credit packages, and cultivate a robust referral network with commercial real estate brokers, business brokers, professional associations, accountants, and lawyers. You will be responsible for the success and growth of your assigned sales territory, serving as the face of WSFS Bank for SBA portfolio customers and addressing servicing needs to ensure continued satisfaction. The role requires travel to WSFS Bank locations across the footprint and the ability to manage relationships, analyze financials, and present credit packages effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of franchise lending experience
- 5+ years of experience in Small Business Administration (SBA) lending, including 7(a) and 504 loans
- 5+ years of experience selling business related financial services products
- Knowledge of commercial and consumer loan and deposit products
- Superior customer service, sales, and business development skills
- Ability to travel to WSFS Bank’s various locations throughout our footprint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, listening, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office
- Knowledge and understanding of underwriting and evaluation of commercial credit is preferred
- Authorized to work for any employer in the United States and will not require work visa sponsorship now or in the future
