Job Summary
The SBA Business Development Officer is responsible for finding and closing SBA and USDA loans, providing clients with SBA expertise, maintaining referral sources, and fostering client relationships. Requires 7+ years of SBA banking experience and a Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years SBA banking experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics and/or equivalent experience preferred
- Knowledgeable and experienced in SBA 504, SBA 7a, SBA Express RLOC and USDA B&I loans
- Advanced working knowledge of accounting principles, tax return analysis
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated effective customer service skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
