The role offers a de novo banking environment with entrepreneurial culture, flexible schedule, and an incentive structure tied to SBA loan production with uncapped earning potential.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of SBA loan production ($10MM–$15MM annually preferred)
- Strong self-sourcing skills
- Established network in the Houston market
- In-depth knowledge of SBA lending programs and guidelines
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
