SBA BDO

Commercial Lending Officer (SBA/ Government Guaranteed) at a national bank responsible for maintaining, developing, and managing a SBA loan portfolio, identifying and establishing referral sources, and delivering world-class customer service. Duties include collecting and analyzing borrower financials, guiding borrowers through the loan process, entering data into the CRM, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines (BSA, OFAC, AML), preparing management reports, and collaborating with team members to monitor portfolio performance and resolve exceptions. Must demonstrate strong customer service, independent work ethic, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to manage multiple objectives, and solid banking knowledge. Travel up to 10-20% and ability to work in a team environment.
