Job Summary
Conduct CFO/Cfa design during the tender phase by managing external design offices and defining PC, APD, and PRO renderings. Orient design to meet client needs while participating in pricing and assembling the bid submission dossier. Verify document consistency and validate all related pieces before finalizing the contract with the client. Facilitate a comprehensive transition of key project elements to the construction teams. Ensure all deliverables align with company commitments and programmatic expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Expérience d'au moins 4 ans souhaitée en bureau d'études technique ou environnemental ou en entreprise de CFO/Cfa
