Saw Operator (Scribe Loins - Disassembly I) 1st Shift

Operate a scribe saw to cut Rib and Loin; set up equipment and maintain area according to safety and food safety policies. Monitor production area for debris, assist Lead/Supervisor as assigned, and adhere to company policies. May lift up to 50 lbs, work in temperatures at or below 35°F for up to 8 hours, and perform tasks on concrete floor with standing, stooping, walking, and occasional climbing. First shift with shift increase and potential overtime; facility produces Sausage Patties, Sausage Links and Roll Sausage.
