Job Summary
Saw Operator position in Cookeville, TN at ATC Automation. Responsible for interpreting blueprints and instructions to prepare and cut materials to specifications; generate material lists; perform sawing operations; read metric and SAE measurements with precision tools; perform basic SPC-related calculations; maintain safety, quality, and production records; uphold housekeeping and safety policies; collaborate with the Tooling and Fabrication team; and support overtime as needed. Requires ability to read blueprints/technical specs, accurate measurements, mathematical aptitude, strong organization, teamwork, communication, and reliable attendance. Minimum qualification: high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred experience in manufacturing/fabrication/machining and technical training.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical specifications.
- Ability to understand and apply metric and SAE measurements using precision measuring instruments.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and safely operate equipment and tools required for the role.
