Saw Operator - 2nd Shift - $3/hr Shift Premium

Job Summary
Operate industrial saws, band saws, circular saws, and other metal-cutting equipment to cut raw materials to specified dimensions. Read blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine cutting requirements, then measure and mark materials accurately. Verify material type, dimensions, and quantities before cutting, while inspecting incoming and completed parts for defects or dimensional compliance. Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and equipment inspections. This 2nd shift role runs Monday through Thursday from 3:30pm to 2:00am with a $3/hour shift premium and weekly pay. Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Saw Operator or similar role in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment
- Experience operating industrial saws, band saws, circular saws, or other industrial cutting equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when measuring and cutting materials
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine equipment maintenance
