Job Summary
Operate saw equipment to cut materials (metal, wood, plastic) according to work orders, blueprints, or specifications; set up and adjust saw machinery for optimal performance; monitor sawing process and adjust as needed; inspect materials for quality defects and recommend adjustments; follow safety protocols and wear PPE; perform routine maintenance such as blade changes and cleaning; coordinate with production to prioritize orders and meet schedules; maintain accurate records of production activities and comply with quality standards and policies.
