Job Summary
Own and evolve the savings product roadmap aligned with business and funding objectives. Design and execute commercial initiatives for acquisition, upsell, and retention while defining pricing actions to ensure market competitiveness. Monitor product performance, translate data into actionable insights, and improve the end-to-end customer journey across digital channels. Manage stakeholders across Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to support backlog prioritization and production issue resolution. Ensure full compliance with regulatory and governance requirements while collaborating on global initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (Economics, Engineering or similar)
- 3+ years' experience in product management, business analysis or project management in financial services
- Fluent in English
- Proactive, detail-oriented and able to deliver under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of retail banking (savings/deposits is a plus)
