Job Summary
Assist in implementing in-school direct literacy services for identified struggling readers in grades 2-6 through small group and guided independent reading practice, and emergent readers in K-1 through small group activities. Participate in trainings related to program components, administer pre- and post-Star Early Literacy tutorials and emergent reader module assessments as appropriate, and submit group attendance to the Program Coordinator per policy.
Required Qualifications
- 48 college hours or successfully pass the Para Educator test
