Job Summary
Clean, sanitize, and maintain hotel guest rooms and public areas on a daily basis. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms and public areas, removing dirty linen, replenishing amenities, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, handling laundry preparation and transport, organizing cleaned laundry, inventory ordering, and responding to guest inquiries. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards; report damages or property left by guests; interact with guests professionally. Must be 18+, have 2-3 days of availability minimum, and have previous housekeeping experience; able to work mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and other shifts; able to read chemical labels/SDS and communicate in English.

- Ability to read chemical labels and Safety Data Sheets for cleaning substances
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Must be able to read, speak, write, and comprehend English
- Must be able to work mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and other shifts as necessary
- Able to communicate effectively in the English language
- Possess ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledgeable in all Hotel, Theme Park, Water Park, and Safari hours of operation & offerings
- Must maintain a strong commitment to safety
