Sauna Host

Part-time Sauna Host to manage daily sauna + cold plunge operations (light the wood-fired stove, open/close venue, oversee on-site safety, facilitate guest flow, clean, catalog inventory, haul equipment). Greet guests, handle issues, and keep the experience hygienic, seamless, and personal. Clean saunas, cold plunges, and bathrooms. Work independently during solo shifts. Report directly to the founder and uphold the Tuli standard. Ideal candidates are communicative, collaborative, hyper-organized, reliable, and energized by guest-focused service; able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to building a community. Schedule 20-25 hours per week, must be willing to work early mornings and late nights, with a minimum of one weekend shift per week. Compensation: $24/hour plus benefits including paid sick leave, unlimited sauna + cold plunge access, guest passes and event perks, with opportunities to grow into a shift lead or longer-term roles.
