Job Summary
The Robinson Center for Young Scholars seeks temporary Saturday Teaching Aides to support enrichment programming for students in grades K-8 during Fall through Spring quarters. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe classroom environment, assisting instructors, taking attendance, monitoring student safety, and facilitating classroom activities. Candidates must be at least 17 years old and available for all sessions and training. Experience in education and with youth, especially neurodiverse learners, is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to attend all class sessions, trainings and orientations
- Applicants must be at least 17 years of age at start of the program
Desired Qualifications
- Experience assisting instructors in an educational setting
- Experience working with neurodiverse learners
- Experience working with K-8 youth in an educational setting
Additional Requirements
- Satisfactory outcome from a criminal background verification will be required prior to employment
