Job Summary
The Small Engines Parts Associate provides excellent customer service, stocks, sells, and orders small engine parts. Responsibilities include processing special orders, assisting with warranty claims, maintaining stock levels, using computer systems to initiate and complete work orders, filing warranty claims, assisting customers with loading/unloading products, notifying customers of work completion dates, processing payments at a register, and adhering to Loss Prevention and safety policies. Required skills include strong communication, proficiency with computer systems for managing jobs and warranty data, and the ability to work evenings and at least every other weekend. Prior retail experience is preferred. The role is based in Monroe, WI with weekend premium pay and base pay up to $16.25/hr, with potential additional weekend premium. Required Qualifications

- Prior Retail experience preferred
