Job Summary
Saturday-only Service Lane Assistant responsible for greeting customers, assisting vehicles in the service lane, scheduling appointments, helping write repair orders focused on New Car Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs), and managing the loaner fleet (cleaning, prepping, and creating loaner agreements). Must deliver outstanding customer service throughout the shift and serve as the first and last impression for Saturday guests. Requires excellent verbal communication, a professional and positive attitude, ability to multitask in a busy service lane, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license. Prior dealership or customer service experience is a plus but not required; training provided. This is a part-time weekend role at KIA Chantilly, offering steady Saturday income with no weekday hours.
