Saturday Leasing Consultant - Independence, KY

Saturday Leasing Consultant to serve as the primary contact for prospective tenants, guide them through the application and leasing process, conduct property tours, process rental applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease paperwork, coordinate move-in/move-out inspections, maintain leasing records, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person communications, using marketing channels to market available units, and achieving occupancy goals. Proficiency in basic computer programs (Microsoft Office) and strong communication/interpersonal skills are required; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
