Job Summary
Saturation Diving Supervisor responsible for planning and execution of diving operations on the Boskalis Subsea Services fleet, ensuring safety and health of the Dive Team, verifying qualifications and competence with IMCA standards, coordinating with C&T and Crewing for staffing, directing the dive team during shifts, and communicating equipment needs and planned work to technicians. Requires OPITO BOSIET with CA-EBS, MIST (UKCS), OGUK Medical, IMCA logbook verification, IMCA Diving Supervisor CPD, Bell and Air Diving Supervisor qualifications, and a minimum of 2 years DSV supervisory experience with demonstrated competence (IMCA C003 D04) and 400 lockout hours. The role offers a permanent, guaranteed-days contract and opportunities for professional development within the Boskalis academy.

- OPITO approved BOSIET with CA-EBS
- MIST (for UKCS only)
- OGUK Medical
- IMCA Logbook – last 12 months work experience verification
- IMCA Diving Supervisor CPD
- Bell Diving Supervisor Qualification - IMCA Recognised Bell Diving Supervisor Qualification
- Air Diving Supervisor Qualification - IMCA Recognised Qualification with a minimum of 10 Offshore Commercial Air Dives
- IMCA Diving Supervisor CPD
- IMCA Logbook
- IMCA C003 D04 grading - IMCA recognized Bell (Sat) Diving Qualification and verification of IMCA Divers Logbook minimum of 400 lockout hours
- Certificate of Competence - IMCA Company Member Competence Certificate or IMCA Competence Portfolio
- IMCA Recognised Bell Diving Supervisor Qualification
- valid medical and fitness for duty
- minimum 2 years DSV Supervisory experience
