Job Summary
Design, develop, and integrate Telemetry, Tracking, and Command (TT&C) systems for satellite platforms, supporting RF communication subsystems including transceivers, couplers, filters, and antennas. Perform system analysis, integration, and testing to ensure optimal communication performance while troubleshooting RF and communication subsystem issues throughout the development lifecycle. Ensure compliance with applicable communication standards and regulatory requirements, including ITU, CCSDS, and ETSI. Prepare technical documentation, engineering analyses, and test reports to support system verification, validation, and qualification activities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver reliable satellite communication solutions. Candidates must be eligible for Controlled Goods Program (CGP) clearance and willing to work on-site in Montreal at least one week per month.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to obtain or hold Controlled Goods Program (CGP) clearance.

- Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
- Candidates working remotely or in a hybrid capacity must be willing to travel and work on-site in Montreal for at least one week per month.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
- Strong background in RF Engineering.
- Experience with communication subsystems, including: Transceivers, Couplers, Filters, Antennas.
- Knowledge of communication standards and regulations, including: ITU, CCSDS, ETSI.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting satellite TT&C systems for LEO, MEO, or GEO missions.
- Experience with satellite communication system integration, verification, and testing.
- Familiarity with space and ground segment communication architectures.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
