Job Summary
Design, analyze, and support the integration of RF and EMC systems for satellite platforms. Plan and execute system-level EMC testing to ensure compliance with industry standards, including unit-level validation using internationally recognized methods. Evaluate wiring harnesses and electrical interfaces to ensure electromagnetic compatibility while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to resolve RF and EMC issues throughout the system lifecycle. Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and engineering recommendations for system integration, verification, and qualification activities. This role supports advanced satellite platform development, requiring hands-on experience in RF systems and EMC testing within a multidisciplinary aerospace environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to obtain or hold Controlled Goods Program (CGP) clearance.

- Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
- Candidates working remotely or in a hybrid capacity must be willing to travel and work on-site in Montreal for at least one week per month.
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
- Candidates with a Mechanical Engineering background will not be considered.
- 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
- Strong background in RF engineering and/or Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC).
- Experience with: Large-scale system-level EMC testing.
- Experience with: Unit-level EMC testing using international standards (or equivalent methods).
- Experience with: RF, digital, and analog electronic system design.
- Experience with: Wiring harness design and electrical integration.
- Strong systems engineering experience supporting satellite or aerospace platforms.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting satellite platform or spacecraft development programs.
- Knowledge of international EMC compliance standards for aerospace systems.
- Experience with spacecraft integration, verification, and environmental testing.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
