Job Summary
Design, analyze, and support the integration of satellite platform electrical systems, including power generation, storage, and distribution. Develop and validate electrical power systems, electronic units, wiring harnesses, and interfaces while performing system-level testing, verification, and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with engineering standards and prepare technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive mission success for advanced satellite platforms. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience. Candidates must be eligible for Controlled Goods Program clearance; relocation assistance is available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to obtain or hold Controlled Goods Program (CGP) clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
- Experience with system-level electrical power generation, storage, and distribution.
- Experience with satellite or aerospace electrical systems engineering.
- Experience with electronic unit design and integration.
- Experience with wiring harness design and electrical interfaces.
- Experience with data bus protocol standards.
- Experience with system-level integration, testing, and validation.
- Strong understanding of electrical system architecture, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
- Candidates working remotely or in a hybrid capacity must be willing to travel and work on-site in Montreal for at least one week per month.

- Experience supporting satellite platform development or spacecraft electrical systems.
- Knowledge of space-qualified electrical components and avionics.
